1. Open Free Video Converter
   
   
   
2. With Free Video Converter, drag and drop the file you wish to convert into the upper canvas
   
   
   
3. Select the type of profile you want and press convert -> Convert
   
   
   
4. Alternatively, select Export on the top menu and enter the specific format you wish to convert. For entrants to the Hong Kong Mobile Film Production Contest, please follow the specifications on the screenshot below:
   
   
   
5. Click Convert and wait for the conversion process.
   
   
   

To convert your completed mobile film to the desired format, follow the steps below:

1. Open CyberLink MediaShow
   
   
2. Select “Convert”
   
   
   
3. Drag and drop the file you wish to convert into the canvas
   
   
   
4. Press “Other Formats”
   
   
   
5. Select “Custom Profile” (Red circle) and then “New” (Green circle)
   
   
   
6. For entrants of the Hong Kong Mobile Film Festival, create a new profile as below:
   
   
   
7. Press OK to return to the “Convert” screen and OK again to start the conversion.
   
   
   
8. Conversion completed!
   
   
   

To convert your completed mobile film to the desired format, follow the steps below:

1. Open Mobile Media Converter and click “+” to select the file(s) you ant converted
   
   
   
2. Once the file(s) are selected, select
   Conversion to:, “Mobile Video – 3GP Video”
   Quality: “High”
   Output File / Folder: The desired output location
   
   
   
3. For entrants of the Hong Kong Mobile Film Production Contest, click “More” and select the following settings, click OK to return.
   
   
   
4. Click “Convert!” to begin conversion!
