- Entrants must submit completed Entry Forms (click here to download) enclosed with:
- A signed declaration and indemnity in the Entry Form related to:
the right of legal use of associated intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks or patents) and licenses of the submitted entry; or the authorization of being the proper representative of the submitted entry; and
- the right of the Organizer to use the submitted entry in any way related to the contest and its activities
- Full version of the film or video in raw (original recorded file) and MP4 format in a CD or DVD format. For details, please refer to part D of the entry form, Submission Requirements
