We have received overwhelming responses in the past 2 years’ Mobile Film Production Contest, with entry mobile films in high quality. The contest will be open to all local individual talents and students. Each submission should be within 30 seconds to 5 minutes in length.

Entries will be evaluated based on assessment by professionals and experts from various fields.
